Leg joints pain
Being a 27years male, I am facing a joint pain, if I do sit ups I get lot of noise in the morning, I am having a glass of milk daily, and working in steel industry as a engineer, after the job I Wil get pain even in bottom of my legs also, can you please suggest the type of excersise to avoid this leg joint pains?!!

Best us go for brisk walking and jogging, to build up thigh muscle go for gym and consult physiotherapist for further training
