Leg injury or wound
My mother had an injury on left side lower leg . some metal thing happened to  hurt mother's lower leg.  At first it was a small wound later it becomes spreading and made it as big wound unfortunately same thing happened to the right side of leg.Some time it seems to be healing but again spreading.My mother working in flour mill. For that she has to work on standing all day long. my mother has been suffering from this wound for last four years. so many medicines are used. Doctors diagnosed whether it may be diabetics .but my mother has no diabetics . So doctor suggested to take rest and avoid standing all day as much as possible but my mother didn't do so. some doctors said it was an allergy due to flour which is pouring in flour mill on wound when you are working .it might be true because my mother didn't using any cloth to cover wound because saying that it making even worst to the wound and recently one doctor says due to long standing work it may be affected nerve tissue so need op

Hi Thanks for the query. The wound will heal only if she takes rest and doesn't stand fora long time. Leave it open. Clean with Betadiene solution twice a day. With complete rest it would start healing in 2 weeks, but since it is large ulcer it will take at least 2 to 3 months for complete healing.
