Leg bone pain ankle
I started out by walking and then gradually added running into my morning routine..about two weeks ago I started having pain in my ankles..n my work is siting on computer...plz help

Dear friend Can you please tell your weight and hight. The shoes you are using for running needs to be perfect. For now take warm water in a bucket. Did your feet and do little rotation if possible within the water for 2 to 3 days  and give rest. Rest means no walk or exercise.

After going through your question ,would suggest you to start applying ice in that area n visit a physiotherapist for through examination of your gait n footwear .
