Left lower back pain
Pain in left lower back, get something like electrical shocks in left leg while walking. Cannot stand for more than 5 minutes due to pain. Need medicine of something like that for treatment.

Hello, Low back pain is caused by injury to a muscle (strain) or ligament (sprain). Common causes include improper lifting, poor posture, lack of regular exercise, fracture, ruptured disk, or arthritis, these could cause compression on nerve root cause shoot like pain or electric shock like pain along the nerve or Often, the only symptom is pain in the lower back.Most low back pain goes away on its own in two to four weeks. Physical therapy and pain relievers(tablet DOLOWIN - MR two times a day after food) can help., for muscle strain and sprain. Avoid lifting heavy weight, sit, stand and walk straight, if it doesn't go away consult a orthopedician
