Left lower abdomen and back pain
I have a left lower abdomen pain and lower back pain also vagina is itchy . vagina discharge is more comparing to normal.two days I was having pain while urinating this is the third day and while urinating no pain was there today but lower left abdomen and back pain is there continuously. Stomach is kinda pricking from yesterday and it's still there and I feel gastric maybe but I also googled it I am familiar with urinary tract infection.can you help me with whatever it is.
