Left leg pain wen sleep
Sir wenevr I try to sleep on bed mt left leg starts irritating rite frm foot to knee only to its left side . I hav to giv jerk to both legs every now and then. Pls giv solution n also y such a thing is happening

Foot Exercises: • Point your toes • Raise your heels • Squeeze your toes • Roll a ball. Roll a golf ball or tennis ball under the ball of your foot. Apply light pressure for about two minutes. according to the APMA. • Stretch standing up. “A weight-bearing, runners-type stretch can be helpful for foot pain in the arch,” says Kurtz. Stand up and place your toes against a wall; lean forward a little until you feel your arch stretch. Repeat using the other foot.

Looks like restless leg syndrome multiple factors are there commonly magnesium deficiency try taking robusta banana  (big one) it might help

It might be due to calf tightness do you lie on your tummy. Calf stretches should help your cause with hot fermentation on calf. If problem still persists see a physio for proper physical assessment.
