Dear sir do you have any concomitent illness like diabeties and how many hrs you sit in chairs in single stretch, there is a need for thorough assesment it may be muscpe cramp or may be sciatica plz visit so as to get assesd properly you can see a physio at this stage who can guide you for appropriate management towards permanent cure..
Hi....., Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues.... Stretching and massaging the muscle may help... Rest to prevent further injury and allow healing time to reduce swelling...ice packs to reduce swelling, inflammation and pain....compression with an elastic bandage to reduce swelling and pain....Consult Orthopedician.....
