Left leg internal pain due to movements
There is sudden pain in my left leg from lower part of body till feet, the pain is from my back to the back of left leg till knee,after that to the left side part of the leg, it happens and seems like something gets pulled or twisted as I make movement and it gives an immense pain.

It may b sciatica.for that u need to take IFT AND LUMBAR MANUAL TRACTION.take proper physiotherapy treatment with exercise.at home apply ice at lower back.avoid long time sitting, standing and climbing.
