My left hand infr & supraspinatus muscle atropy and weakness. when i go to doctor he said me suprascapular surgery but i go another doctor he said me no need surgery . that infection problem you do physiotherepy . sir what can i do

Core Strengthening Exercises.
Gentle Neck Exercises.
Avoid sleeping on affected side..
Warm up and cool down is a must.

As correctly mentioned, the cause of muscle atrophy in isolation, could be neurological. However there is a cyst called spinoglenoid notch cyst, which if present can compress a nerve called the suprascapular nerve and cause muscle atrophy. This might need surgery. Rotator cuff tears if present are best treated surgically followed by good physiotherapy.
Do not rely on MRI reports. A call on your treatment should be taken only after a detailed clinical examination by a shoulder specialist. After all, the doctor treats you and not the MRI report.

If your problem is atrophy ..then certain Physio exercises will definitely help you to come out of the issue..
I would like to know the exact reason what got you the problem..
Usually the atrophy will be due to some neurological issue...
If you let me know in detail then I can be in a better position to guide you presicly..
Need to know how much I can lift your hand...and how far you can reach your back etc....
