Left hand and Left chest pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife is 30 year old and a mother of 6 year old boy having pain in left hand and left chest during Fast walk since last 02 years. ECHO/ECG are normal TMT says "GOOD EXERSICE TOLERANCE" and "MILD POSITIVE TOWARDS REVERSIBLE ISCHEMIA" B12 is 158.3 pg/ml Vitamin D,25 hydroxy is 15.23 ng/ml

TMT is a stress test which can give false reports sometimes(30% cases).so if TMT is mild positive means , you have to undergo another stress test of higher accuracy. To confirm or refute any heart disease. Go for stress thallium., Not stress echo
