Left chest sharp pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sometimes while i work out or moving or while i am laying down or sitting. There is a sudden sharp pain just for a second inside my chest area just below the nipples. It happens and goes away instantly. I have done my echo ang ecg becausw i had anxiety about heart problem. I am 23. Why is this pain. Is this because of muscle or gas. I read on internet can this be agina ? Or heart problem
