Left chest pain
I am having pain in my chest .pain is in left side since one week.and it paining from arm chest and neck.I consult my doctor after checking Twice he said it is muscles or born pain.after taking medicine there is no relief .what shuould I do

Hello..Well that pain might be acidity, dress, anxiety, and cardiac issues apart from what doctor has said..Try this for gastritis/ aciditydo not wait till hunger pangs.maintain proper time.  Divide your meal time to small proportions so that you dont over eat..secondly drink lots of water. ..atleast 8-10 glasses per day . thirdly.. You need to stroll for a min of 15 min after each meal...stress,tension,all these are also factors of acidity...avoid outside food,junk and oily food...better to have gone cooked food for few days
