Left Ankle Pain
I've been getting regular mild pain on the left ankle region, the pain sometimes is there sometimes its not. Generally the pain starts at end of day, & specially on days where have gone for a run or done too much walking around. I'm a constant runner, running about 3 times a week & an average of around 3.5km per run. the pain doesn't affect my normal walking around, but its a slight pain that one can feel

Get it checked by a mckenzie practicing physiotherapist. For now do crushed ice packs everyday. The pain could be due to local ankle joint issue  or from the nerve that supplies it... Tc
