Leakage of sperm during night
Sir,
My age is 15 and i am a male . i want to tell you that during night whenever i sleep , don't know why my sperm used to come out which create a mess , that i don't like sometimes without a dream or sometimes with dream. Although i am very weak and thin. I want a solution of this problem , i can't tell this to my parents . it happens day after a day. So doctor please tell me what can i do to stop this problem .
