LDH level rise 405 U/L
I regularly doing weight exercises, in my blood report I found Lactate Dehydrogenase level is high 405 U/L. It is possible to reduce level ? Will any effect on body.?

If your hemoglobin and WBC count is normal, it is perfectly safe to ignore high LDH value. However I recommend a follow up value after 3 months to see how it is trending.
