ESOPHAGUS: Lax Les with erythema of distal oesophageal mucosa.
STOMACH: There's mucosal erythema of the antrum and body seen.
DUODENUM: Normal up to 2nd part.
ENDOSCOPIC CONCLUSION:
(1)lax Les
(2) Gastritis
SOURCE OF TISSUE: gastric body.
There's negative colour change of CLO TEST SLIDE after 24hrs.
CONCLUSION:CLO TEST is negative for H.pylori after 24hrs
