Lateral tibial condyle comp.  fracture
While running on slope tree, suddenly one sound came and fell down from tree.  I admit  to hospital. Sevier pane and swelling in right knee, no fracture was found in x-ray test.  After one week,  MRI  report, BONES: lateral tibial condyle show compression fracture involving surface with adjacent bone oedema.  IMPRESSION:a) LATERAL TIBIAL CONDYLE COMPRESSION FRACTURE  b)  MODERATE TO SERVE JOINT EFFUSION.  the doctor  told advised to  take bed rest 3-4 weeks.  It will automatically heel, use crepe and knee brace long in right leg. put the leg straight,  don't walk, he has given initially tabs zerodol, sompraz 40mg and inactive philogram before MRI.  AFTER MRI,  HE IS GIVEN CALCIUM TAB ADTROL PLUS FOR ONE MONTH. BUT STILL NO IMPROVEMENT AFTER 20 DAYS. While walking, shooting pain is in right knee. I have to use crepe and Knee brace long while walking . how  this problem can be solve?

For compression fracture tibia, just immobilisation of limb along with conservative management and it will heel spontaneously. No need for definite treatment. Just routine follow up after month or two
