Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am 5 days late for my periods . i had taken T allerga 120 mg for skin allergy (doctor prescribed - 5 tablets) till 19-23rd feb . my ovulation was supposed to be from 24th-28th feb (last period date : 13 th feb). is this a side effect of T allerga ( i read somewhere it causes delay in periods ) ? there are no other symptoms for anything else. i do experience slight cramps going on for a few days now. should i wait for my periods to occur naturally or consult a doctor ?
