I am suffering problme with L5-Disk degenerative and doctor suggested to through surgery. Temparaly am taking phsiotheraphy with 10 sittings but no cured yet. am looking for Ayurveda or homeopathy or acupunture treatment.

Acupuncture has multifold effects like neurogenic effect, analgesic effect, Sedative effect, Homeostatic effect, immune enhancing effects, and so on. Please contact medical acupuncturist for treatment. However you can have consultation if required by integration of ayurveda, homeopathy also. Many cases of L5 disk degeneration are treated successfully with acupuncture alone as well.
