Lack of mussels buildings
Hi i have been went thru my left hand soldier surgery twice.
First one was not successful due to poor operating mathod and the plate was not in good quality . Its came out during physio exercise . The second one is done 3 month ago and presently i am going thru pyhsio exercise but due its operated twice there is no enough mussels in soldier to response the movement. Pls advise how to come over this problem.

Hello..... Repeated anterior dislocation of shoulder is expected complication of surgery.. Regular follow up is necessary is such cases.. In the case of a patient who has experienced dislocation fewer than three times, attempting an arthroscopic repair is reasonable. .... Take orthopedic doctor opinion..
