I am having lack of energy for one year due to unknown cause. Blood and other health check ups done, everything is fine and have sufficient height and weight. I had lost sleep sometimes and my diet was poor. Even when I eat properly it remains same. Earlier I lead an active life engaging in physical activities, having proper diet and being happy with my routines. But now I lost regularity and my vigor, body turned dry and limbs wrinkled compared to my earlier condition. Also have hand tremor.

Since your investigations are normal, I feel tiredness/fatigue is nervous.
Fatigue is one of the commonest symptom of anxiety/stress.
