Hi, yes pregnancy and the birth giving process can be a scary. But there are other safer ways of going through it if you're not comfortable with the natural process. You can opt for a c-section by talking to your gynecologist which is a lesser painful process. But if you're inclined to natural birth then you can go for lamaze classes which can help you feel relaxed and stay healthy and also teach you how to deal with the labour pains. Talk to your doctor and ask for birthing options, you can even go for painless labour i.e. using epidural for natural delivery.
