I have been on medication for disc herniation since last 4 months
But it is not getting any better. I am not able to sit or walk for long. No heavy work. No weight lifting. Till i take rest i feel good . Pl suggest if homeopathy can benefit me.

Hi, homoeopathy can definitely help u out but with that u should also do physiotherapy, as it will help to strength ur back muscle n will increase ur stamina.

4months is too long with no results. It will make your problem chronic.

Physiotherapy can be attempted only once pain is not there.
