Hi.sir .. am pojitha 26 years old.. suffering with l3 l4 bulging problem.. from past 2 years .my question is l3 nd l4 bulg problem completey cure or not.. give ur suggetion

Hi Pojitha I can understand your concern L3 L4 bulging is can cure permanently by ayurveda medicine yoga and some lite physiotherapy exercise no need to surgery if you can send me your clinical examination like X Ray or Mri. and say in deep about your problem then I can guide you properly
