Kutajghan vati
Due to excess oily food & irregular meals my digestion is disturbed.My motion is not well formed & sometimes sticky.I feel heavy on eating Little food.Whole day i feel lethargic & bloating. I feel it's kapha imbalance.So can I take sonth power and kutajghan vati for a week.How many days it will take to work??
