Can knock knee or x shaped leg can be recovered in adults..??? Without surgery. It there any possibility for recovery by medicine , yoga and exercise???

No. Surgery is also not indicated for every case. Need to examine and get radiological examination done for further opinion.

In adults most knock knees are due to deformed bones and not due to laxity in ligaments. Hence chances are that not much recovery can be done in adults without surgery. There might be milder versions where still recovery is possible. Do try though.
