Knee twitching
The inside of my left knee is twitching violently. I cannot make it stop. I am trying to sleep but its twitching violently. I am a 21 year old male and I play tennis full time. When I squat my knees make a cracking boise too. What is the problem?

Hello there,,
Well what exactly do you mean by knee twitching?? Is it like something is pulling from inside?...muscle twitching is a common occourance....so the symptoms need to be accurately addressed.
Cracking noise if not accompinied with knee instability or pain ia not a problem as such.
Do consult online for proper tailormade advise and treatment plan.
