Knee swelling and pain in knee
My wife is 60 yrs and due to wear she has both knee swelling and feels acute pain in knee joints and in nights she gets cramps and severe pain. i wnt a treatment with medicines without pain releiver and dont want surgery.

At this age knee definitely has undergone arthritic changes
I advice my patients to lose weight and carry out knee exercises that I design for them
Pain killers are not good for the body
Surgery is the last case scenario, usually orthopedic will ask to go to Physiotherapist
