The information that you have provided is very limited for anyone to give an opinion. Kindly understand that this case needs a proper study regards what was initial injury, what surgery was done, why ws it revised and now why n which screw has broken. Not to mention What's the current status of the fracture and is any articular cartilage involved. For a proper opinion all this information is mandatory.

Follow ur orthopedic surgeons advice and be with more information on the case. Not every case is similar, failure of implant is a complication which can happen with anyone and there are 100 possible reasons including patient factors, factors related to surgery, bone related, Implant related etc, for the same. So we with ur surgeon and discuss with him further definitive options. Thanks
