Knee pains
My mom is 38years old and her height is 5'2and her weight is 72kgs and she is suffering from knee joint pains since the past two years.she dont likes visiting to hospitals,and the pains were not tooo severe and she went to hospital the last year and after a scan the doctor told that her knee joint has just started to rub I mean (aragadam)and also the doctor told her to try to reduce her body weight and some times when she walks much and climbs steps many times she suffers with the pain and I apply oil to her legs.she will wear a knee cap sometimes.and the pain will be for only one leg much and less for another.so please suggest me some ways to reduce her pain and also some diet instructions.
