Knee pain/swelling
Have fallen a multiple times and injured the knees. After a latest knee injury due to falling, swelling and pain in knee area. Patient can still walk easily and do all sort of work but pain when touched or bent in extremes

Hello, Visit a physiotherapy clinic near by, get a proper assessment, investigation done. Accordingly followup the treatment program. Meantime, apply ice pack over the knee region(15-20min) and then creapbandage it. Regards #synergycliniclko @pandeysravi
