Knee pain started
I used to run couple of months back to stay fit and healthy, but I got knee pain started since then. Please advice what to do to avoid it and start running again.

Hi, You should get a X-ray of your knee joint Always prefer a brisk walking or jogging over running What is the surface like on which you run? Consult directly so proper history can be taken and management can be advised
