Knee pain in sports always pain in left
Sports player always pan in sports exercises  games pain at only one. What's the reason and how can I solve it

Weak ligaments or sport injury could be the reason for constant pain , eat protein rich diet , give a break to the involved joint for a duration 3 weeks followed by joint strengthening exercises ( physiotherapist should help you with this ) , you could also use over the counter calcium and protein supplements for faster recovery , but it is advisable that you consult a registered  nutritionist for what best and how much natural / supplement is needed by your body .
