Knee pain in both sides
My mother is having knee pain it get worse when she walk for a long time and sometimes it feels like her knee bones are cracked and it get better when she move her legs upward

Before finally diagnosing it simply osteoarthritis need some basic investigation like xray knee joint in standing view ap and lateral

This issue is due to osteoarthritis of knee joints. The joint space between the bones is reduced leading to loss of cartilage and rubbing of bony surfaces against each other.
Next Steps
Pls start with hot fomentation,  apply knee cap for support,  start analgesic tablet, calcium and vitamin d supplement. 
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid stair climbing and descending..
