Knee pain in both legs
I have bearable knee pain in both legs..Male 24 years old. Able to walk and do other activities..But while climbing steps and standing for long time feeling pain.. In MRI report it found that tear in meniscus in both legs. Do I need to take surgery or we can try for physiotherapy. I am attaching my MRI reports. Please advise. Thanks in advance

I think surgery is not required. It is chondromalacia patrlla. Can you plaese send me films on my personal consult. Dr prathmesh jain
