Knee pain in both legs
Hello doctor I have severe knee pain i had xray the doctor told me I have oa knees and gave cartigen pro for one month i took only for 4 days then I switched to ayurvedic but I am just 35 please help me seeing my xray do I have osteoarthritis I am taking ayurvedic treatment for the same that doctor said I don't have oa knees but my pain is not going pls help me

I have no idea of Ayurvedic system of medicine. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a pillow under the knees. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. -- .Do mild exercises for &the affected part. lower limbs. Hello ma’am. Knee pain has many causes. OA s one of them in age gp of 55 or above. Yes in 35 if ur xrays are showing reduced joint space then it s early degeneration, but u can still has good pain free mobility. Correct ur bmi , little change in seating habits, being physically active, few exercises to strengthen ur knee muscles, having a balanced calcium rich diet will help u in living a healthy, pain free life.
