Knee Pain.
I’m a 6’5 18 years old boy. I play basketball. Recently I’ve started to counter pain just below the patella of right knee which seems like the osgood chlatter disease. I want it to reside really fast.

Osgood schlatter is a self limiting traction apophysitis. No treatment apart from rest and anti inflammatory medications. Local ice pack application will help.
Next Steps
You may have to stop basket ball for a while.

pain will stop automatically once the apophysis fused with diaphysis in a year or 2.
