I have pain in my knees. I stand for almost two hrs to work and wen I sit after that I feel my knees got tight and it's painful, as time passes it relaxes but the pain persist. Also I fold my legs while sitting. I do sit-up everyday. Is the pain because of standing or folding for long time? What can do to overcome it?
