Your main cause of disease is obesity and this will worsen your knees..During my 14 years of practice I could meet many patients of depression and I have seen cases to be cured too fast...coz depression is nothing but our self generated presumptions towards our surroundings...get out of this with homeopathy this is so easy....and knees will follow you..with lots of enthusiasm positivity and pace.
