Knee pain after exercise
Hello, I did some light exercises (for around 30 mins) including sit ups over the weekend and from 2 days I am now having knee pain which worsens whenever I bend my knee. Usually I don't do that much exercises, rather I walk for 30-40 mins in the morning, so not sure if this because of that. I applied volini but the pain is still there. Can someone suggest what can I do for this pain?

Hello. This pain might be due to muscular strain in soft tissue around knee which might have occurred due to sit ups.. There is usually local inflammation around the tissue which causes the pain.
Next Steps
Avoid heavy exercise for now.  Start hot fomentation locally, take analgesic  with muscle relaxant for pain relief,  apply analgesic  gel locally.
Health Tips
Avoid sitting cross leg, avoid heavy work for now..
