Knee pain after delivery
Hi,I need advice in regards to my knee pain.its been 6 months i have given birth to a baby.till first 4montha i did not have knee pain n now i have problem when i sit on low lying chair n stand up, climbing stairs n walking down. I have completed with course of medicines like vit D3, calcium n others. Pls suggest.

Post Pregnancy it is very common due to damage of the nerve.. Also some illness may worsen after completion of pregnancy and some may show drastic improvements... As you have already completed medicines and still you are facing problem then my suggestion is take pain killer on SOS basis, you can also use volini spray and just wait and watch for few more month.. Do not do forward bending work, use knee support brace.. Play with baby when you feel more pain.. all the best

hello get complete haemogram vitamin b12 vitd3, serum calcium, bonemineral density ct scan of lumbosacral region and tnen consult neurologist / orthopaedician and decide bye

Any knee stiffness on waking up in the morning? One knee involved or both? Any other joints involved?
