Knee leg pain while sleeping
I recently moved from kochi to Delhi and not used to the changing humid to winter weather. I'm very obese - 95 kg and 5.2 height. I have a lot of back issues and core is weak. My knee is weak too. Have had calcaneous heel spurs too. But they have been ok for years. But Since last two weeks I noticed knee and my leg from knee to ankle hurts at night while sleeping. I keep changing positions lying down but everything hurts. Sometimes sharp knee pains at noon when walking. Not sure if it's triggered by cold. What do i do?
