Sir,I have pain and inflammation in both knees since last 1 month.i got X ray done and it shows early degenerative changes in bones and cartilage.so what are the remedial action to be taken and and what can be done to restrict pain and present stage?

Hi thanks for query Knee pain in young adults is more likely mechanical. You can keep under control by regular strengthening exercises of knee. If your BMI is above normal you should consider putting down your weight which again help you to ease your joint pain
