  3. Knee injury. 1 month will it get cured.

Met with an accident and visited orthopedician he told me that there may be injury to lcl ligament and suggested me wear 1 month crepe bandage gave me some medicines for pain relief. Suggest me whether is it compulsory to go surgery for lcl liagment tear or if I wear knee brace for 1 month will it get cured.

Lateral collateral ligament heals poorly. If it happens, and you end up with laxity, surgery will be required. You can wait for a month.
