Knee injury
I have Underwent through a surgery for my right knees acl tear for grade 1. It has been 4 months and still recovering but still there i can feel jerks in my knee while Bending.

The jerks may happen for two reasons The most common reason is not doing strengthening exercises and proper rehabilitation that usually can only be done after 3 months of surgery so you should try that The second reason which is very rare is that your ligament may not have healed properly so I would suggest to go for strengthening rehab with a nearby physiotherapist and also get another MRI done to see if everything is in order Mri needs to be done with a musculoskeletal radiologist specialist as reporting of post op Mri requires a radiologist who is trained in musculoskeletal radiology
