Knee Injury
I have injured my Knee nearly two months ago. I have consulted two doctors and have attached the MRI report here. Knee is not healing and I have trouble walking. Is the tear mentioned in MRI serious? What should I do for quick recovery? Thank you.

Hi there I understand your concern...conservative management can be tried in partial tear patients...try hamstring strengthening exercises and take over the counter pain medications...avoid squatting, crossed legged sitting, playing strenuous sports or activities...if no improvements you should get examined by arthroscopic surgeon they will help you further.
