  4. Knee injury. Also. so please advise me.

Knee injury
4 years back I got knee injury and possibly ligament tore apart of my right knee. I consulted many physicians and surgeons , some advised to go for surgery and some by medication. One surgeon treated it with some type of injection in knee but I am not feeling completely well. I cannot run fast or jump. Sometimes it is painting while walking also. So please advise me. Regards.

Even after 4 yrs you are having difficulty in walking and activities , their is possibility of instability because of ligament or meniscal injury . You should go for MRI of knee and get evaluated clinically as well
