While working out especially cardio I get pain in my right knee and feet most of the time..the pain on the feet has become a very normal thing now. If i press it generally it hurts especially the bone towards the toes.

We understand your problem,
This pain of you foot is might be because of the improper placement of your foot while running. These sort of pains are kknown as shin splints. Even though it is only our prediction we need confirmation for everything we do. Just consult a orthopedician for further evaluation.
