Knee and back pain (nerv)
Hi,
I am footballer recently after match i got a sprained knee and back pain on right foot .
it is normal pain but after going for nature's call and sitting down the pain remains for 2 hours.
I am not able to get match fitness due to this.
When i asked someone about it they told that there is an nerve which is responsible for this all pains .
So please will you help me out on this concern, looking for permanent solution including excercises and med.
