Knee ache (all of a sudden)
Does joint pain mean gout for sure? My uric acid level is 6.79. My father has uric acid. I eat egg whites. 4 litres of water. Sometimes sprout in the evening. No alcohol no smoking. Fenugreek n flax seeds in empty stomach in morning

occasional knee ache, is not an indicator of knee arthritis, that too, its unusual for knee to get invoved first in gout, If your problem persist, you should contact an orthopedician and get investigated.

No joint pain can have many other causes. Uric acid levels are not important to diagnose gout.Don't bother about your uric acid levels. Just maintain good diet and watch your weight you'll b fine.
